K-H,

Three more for our collection! We were viewing them closely yesterday, the refection

in their eyes is amazing. Your eyes are so very keen.

Enjoying every post of these birds and your knowledge of them.

Thank you,

George

Paul, Bill, Dee, Robert, and George,

Thank you so much for your acknowledgement and encouraging feedback. :)

I am worried that I post too many bird images at a time and upset the balance of the forum photo section.

But what the heck, I am having fun and would like others to join in that fun. :D

And sometimes I get really lucky, as with this shot.

That makes it all worthwhile.

Thanks again for your feedback. I really appreciate that.

Fantastic! So sharp. The 60s tele-Elmar is a gem, isn't it.

Henry,

Thank you.

Indeed, a gem it is.

I have several copies and got them for around $500 each.

According to the wiki: Production era - 1965-1998 < 28,300 lenses

So, by Leica standards they made quite a few.

So far I have not been tempted by the Leica APO-Telyt-M 135mm f/3.4 ASPH.

One of my Leitz TE 135/4 lens heads is almost always on my Nikon D800E. :)

A terrific combination.
