Will the visoflex 2 work with the M8 if it has the Visoflex 3 prism?

I see many comments online that the Visoflex 2 cannot be used on the M8. I also see some comments that it can if you use the Visoflex 3 viewfinder with it. I also read the arm that hits the shutter button is not high enough. What is true here? Can the arm be adjusted to another position to accomidate the M8?

I can't get mine to work with the release arm used normally. I've adjusted the screw all the way up. The mirror simply won't go up. I guess a double cable release would work, with the arm forward.

Yes it works fine for me, unscrewing the screw on the lever arm.
