eleskin Posted October 5, 2008 Share #1 Posted October 5, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) I see many comments online that the Visoflex 2 cannot be used on the M8. I also see some comments that it can if you use the Visoflex 3 viewfinder with it. I also read the arm that hits the shutter button is not high enough. What is true here? Can the arm be adjusted to another position to accomidate the M8?
Advertisement Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Hi eleskin, Take a look here Will the visoflex 2 work with the M8 if it has the Visoflex 3 prism?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
zeitz Posted October 5, 2008 Share #2 Posted October 5, 2008 I can't get mine to work with the release arm used normally. I've adjusted the screw all the way up. The mirror simply won't go up. I guess a double cable release would work, with the arm forward.
jc_braconi Posted October 5, 2008 Share #3 Posted October 5, 2008 Yes it works fine for me, unscrewing the screw on the lever arm.
