erl Posted February 11, 2014 Share #13 Posted February 11, 2014 Hi Jip, I have downloaded the PDF several times. It only contains images and a few headings, surrounded by a lot of space. Clearly there should be copy/details of some sort there but I can't encourage it to download. Any advice?

erl Posted February 12, 2014 Share #20 Posted February 12, 2014 Jip, email received. It seems the problem was the reader that Windows 8 defaults to is not Adobe! Once I used my independent copy of Reader/Writer, there were no problems at all. I had mistakenly assumed windows would use my default PDF reader.
