Richard.no Posted March 13, 2010 Share #4 Posted March 13, 2010 German vs Japanese, Old vs New. Bokeh test, sharpness test, call it whatever you like! I find it pretty awesome to see so many different lenses at one go. Enjoy! Woa, that is some collection! I think, apart from the obvious Noct 0.95, that the Konica Hexanon had a quite pleasing expression. The new Noct really seems to be a lot more accurate with OOFH rendering, than the older ones. It also seems to have a tad stronger colour and contrast. Boy, if only... Thanks for sharing the link!
Marty Posted March 13, 2010 Share #5 Posted March 13, 2010 Very impressive, I predict a long thread over there... there are just so many differences. Definitely seems to be a bokeh test, and the NX .95 ASPH does seem to come out on top - seriously smooth
JQ Huang Posted March 13, 2010 Author Share #6 Posted March 13, 2010 Sorry Mod! These were shot with the M9, that's why I thought I should post them here. I thought the Nokton 1.1 performed really well too! There were so many other vintage lens that were sharp wide open. Amazing. A pity the Zunow 1.1 wasn't tested! Would love to see. Hey, looks like these guys might extend the project to the "35mm". I'll post here again if it happens!
yanidel Posted March 13, 2010 Share #7 Posted March 13, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Very interesting, thanks. Would also be nice to see all lenses at a given aperture, let's say F2 to be able to really compare rendering. Any time ?
