dkCambridgeshire Posted February 7, 2014 Share #1 Posted February 7, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Saw this listed on a dealer's website this week so could not resist … looking forward to experimenting with it soon. Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! They are now very scarce and seldom listed … the last one I saw offered by a dealer was in May 2013. I also have some Marumi 67mm diameter achromatic c/u lenses so will be interesting to compare the results. Best wishes dunk
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! stuny Posted February 8, 2014 Share #3 Posted February 8, 2014 (edited) Congratulations. The vast majority of the run sold during the D2 run. the only real downside is there is no case for the Elpro. A number of us came up with solutions. Mine was to use a clear plastic hockey puck display case. Edited February 9, 2014 by stuny
dkCambridgeshire Posted February 9, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted February 9, 2014 Congratulations. the vast majority of the run sold during the D2 run. the only real downsize is there is no case for the Elpro. A number of us came up with solutions. Mine was to use a clear plastic hockey puck display case. Yes ... I have to source a suitable case … or maybe make one. adelie Posted February 14, 2014 Share #6 Posted February 14, 2014 Here is an image of the my Elpro-D E69 macro adapter plus the Luigi leather case. The cases from Luigi are yes expensive but they are a work of art. The large lens in the background is the "rare wide angle adapter" for the Leica D2 and LC1. It is a massive piece of glass but it is very nice to be able to go down to 23 degrees and capture some extreme images with no or little distortion. John Falloon Welcome, dear visitor! farnz Posted September 13, 2014 Share #8 Posted September 13, 2014 Well done, dunk, I think you'll be very happy with it. I also have the bespoke Luigi Elpro-D case, which does a very good job of protecting the lens. Pete.
