I was once going to jokingly suggest that Leica make a digital back for the Leicaflexes, but in all seriousness it would be a dream come true. Sadly, such a thing would hardly be commercially viable. When my friends with spanking new DSLRs with all sorts of bells and whistles look through the viewfinder of my SL2, they suddenly aren't so keen on talking up their cameras.
