Bye I bought one recently at Meister who still has several on offer (Berlin), incl. ROM-version. I don't know which country you are in so it might not be relevant. andybarton Posted October 13, 2009 Share #4 Posted October 13, 2009 I have an earlier, non ROM, but 3 cam version. As Doug says, it is an incredible lens, and one of the first I converted to Nikon mount. It's fabulous as a "standard" lens, but amazing as a macro. troyfreund Posted October 20, 2009 Share #8 Posted October 20, 2009 I echo the quality sentiments about this lens. It' very impressive and one of my favorits--as a close-up or as a standard, it's a sweet-heart!
leicamann Posted October 20, 2009 Share #9 Posted October 20, 2009 Just keep in mind that when taking portraits of say 3 people side by side... you will need to be aware that the F stop will need to be F 5.6 and above so that the focal plane is crisp from left to right..edge to edge..thats my only complaint....be aware of that when your taking your shots. Have fun:D Cheers,JRM
