stuny Posted November 21, 2006 Share #2 Posted November 21, 2006 Abhinava - You posted a shot of this dramatic showman recently ("looking through the snakes"). Excellent capture, with terrific subject, tones and details.
elansprint72 Posted November 21, 2006 Share #3 Posted November 21, 2006 Abhinava, Do you ever see a really OLD snake handler? Keep posting your excellent shots.
vol72 Posted November 21, 2006 Share #4 Posted November 21, 2006 You got closer to the action with your 28 than I would have attempted. I maybe would have pulled out the 135 Tele-Elmar. : )

Abhinava Goswami Posted November 22, 2006 Author Share #6 Posted November 22, 2006 Hi everybody for great words but as David said that I would had used the 135 Tri Elmar but I dont have that lens and by the time I was shooting this Snakecharmer even I dont have my 90mm with me but here I am agree with him that this would look great if I had used the tele lens thans every one for looking. larry Posted November 22, 2006 Share #7 Posted November 22, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Abhinava, I'm awe-struck by this shot! It's daring on so many levels. (There are virtually no poisonous snakes where I live. When we get bitten, it's by the frost.) Larry

LADP Posted November 27, 2006 Share #10 Posted November 27, 2006 Abhinava, that is a great photograph. Beautiful tonal range, and very nicely exposed. I like the composition and the immediacy the 28 mm brings to the shot. It really maks you feel like a first row spectator.
