passutoba Posted September 21, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 21, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi all, I'm currently in Hong Kong and will be leaving here tomorrow almost certainly with a 50mm lens of some description.....was just wondering if i could pick up some last minute suggestions from you lot....i've found a nice used 1.4 summilux from the mid 80's for 18000 HKD through kinefoto but I'm also slightly tempted by the ZM Zeiss 1.4 which obviously is considerably cheaper at about 6500 HKD new......enquired about new 6 bit summiluxs and New Cameron in TST Kowloon told me 24500 HKD whereas Man Shing said 21000 HKD....money certainly isn't no object for me and this will hurt my pocket whatever but have always wanted a summilux.....could anyone advise especially about the mid 80s summilux? many thanks
