Advertisement Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Hi patrick parker, Take a look here the shutter dial is turning the wrong way. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Mauribix Posted September 11, 2009 Share #22 Posted September 11, 2009 Yes if that was done from the beginning it would be a logical and natural way, you are right. But consider one of faucet valves working in one direction in your bathroom and the other one in another direction in your kitchen. It's natural to find it annoying. Call the plumber, or just turn the one in the kitchen staring backward.
dpattinson Posted September 11, 2009 Share #23 Posted September 11, 2009 Seriously, I used an M6 for maybe 10 years, then I bought an M7... it took no time at all to get used to the dial reversal. I respectfully suggest that this is not a reason to avoid buying the M9 (or the M7 for that matter).
earleygallery Posted September 11, 2009 Share #24 Posted September 11, 2009 I'm always bemused by these posts about shutter dials and aperture dials turning the 'wrong' way. I use various different cameras, they all have different ways of adjusting the settings, and never have any problem switching from one to the other.
