Advertisement Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Hi arnaudhaifa, Take a look here Please put the M8 & M9 forums back together!. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
scott kirkpatrick Posted September 10, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 10, 2009 There were certainly people urging the split. Not me, though. I find it confusing, and now I have to change my bookmarks. In a few days, we should be back toone conversation, and can just have a digital M forum. scott
cdgerston Posted September 10, 2009 Share #3 Posted September 10, 2009 I agree. I own an M8, but would like to follow conversations about both cameras. Obviously, I could switch back and forth on forums, but that seems unnecesary, and annoying.
epand56 Posted September 10, 2009 Share #4 Posted September 10, 2009 Well, I don't know... I feel so pleasantly dropout... We are history, guys..

Olsen Posted September 10, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 10, 2009 Arnaud, We will now be some sort of 2.rate customers while the M9 folks will spend their time on the sunny side of this digitalized world. We will live in the shaddows. We, the 2.rate M8 users, sure, we want to be with them. But, you see, they don't want to be with us....
diogenis Posted September 10, 2009 Share #7 Posted September 10, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Me too I would love the forum to be reunited. Instead of specifying models, lets just say DRF or something
arnaudhaifa Posted September 10, 2009 Author Share #8 Posted September 10, 2009 The main reason, for me, not to separate the 2 forums is that most of the threads regard both cameras. And if sometimes it is not true, it for sure interests me also as an M8 user to know how the M9/M8.3 performs.

pklein Posted September 10, 2009 Share #10 Posted September 10, 2009 Let's recombine the M8 and M9 forums. I think we will be talking a lot about the differences and similarities, and it makes sense to have all M digital threads in one place.

andybarton Posted September 10, 2009 Share #12 Posted September 10, 2009 There was a huge demand to have the sub-forums split. Sorry, but, it is not possible to pleased everyone.
