andreas_thomsen Posted September 10, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted September 10, 2009 ....when the first rumours came up. 6 weeks ago.. my dealer never confirmed an M9 to come but i think he had an list already. i was happy with my M8 and my M8.2 both are outstanding cameras and will be great in the future. anyhow i am going to sell them soon. BECAUSE: i am 41 now an old guy in the digital world and honestly i never found a real way to shoot with the crop factor. now my 50mm and my 35mm are the lenses they have always been. cheers andy p.s: i think a lot of us elder photographers had the same dream

(must be hard to grow up wiht a cropped view on life though ) P.S. It is not me in the picture

FF = Same pictures, better feeling (Actually, more pixels, better noice handling etc. will provide better IQ, but that does not necessarily lead to better pictures)

For clients needing 4"x5", 6x4.5cm, 6x6cm, 6x7cm, 6x9cm, 6x12cm. After a few years, the aspect ratio was what the customer dictated not what my camera was most efficient or economical with. The only worry was whether the image circle was big enough for the swings and tilts. At the end, it was always a cropped image.
