t024484 Posted September 1, 2009 Share #1 Posted September 1, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Since one or two weeks, the M8 Forum messages are displaying differently as before. Before, when opening the Forum, I only had all new and updated threads in bold, the rest of the threads being displayed in non Bold. When visiting the Forum the next time, all those threads that where bold the previous time, and not updated since, where switched from bold to non bold. Now all messages that are bold at opening, that I do not read, are still bold the next time visiting the forum. Only messages that I have read and who are not updated since are in non Bold the next time. This makes it hard to see what is new and what is old, since almost every thread is in Bold. The German M8 Forum and the S2 Forum do not have this peculiarity and behave like before. Anybody else having the same problem, or a solution ? Sandy Previously, when I exited, all the forums (fora?) were automatically marked "read" and therefore only new threads/posts were bold when I returned. In order to get the same effect now, I have to use the quick link to manually set all as "read." I don't always remember...it's kind of a bore. Did the admins reset forum defaults?
