earleygallery Posted November 18, 2006 Share #1 Posted November 18, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) A friend asked me to take some photos for her. I took this shot during a break, she was joking with her boyfriend, don't know what the reaction was about! R3 & 90mm Elmarit

vic vic Posted November 18, 2006 Share #3 Posted November 18, 2006 james - nice.. do u have this kind of photo in horizontal orientation.... the all long and pro-longed paterns (frame, and the face itself, and the hands) brake visual balance... the horizontal could add much more pace to the photo visually. leicamann Posted November 19, 2006 Share #4 Posted November 19, 2006 I think this a great shot, color is good. Only one thing that bothers me, her face is already framed by her arms, the narrow crop exaggerates this making the image look elongated like an El Greco painting..... so if it is possible to give her some more breathing room. Bt the way this is a very commom tendancy with the 90mm, not to pay attention to the left and right sides..breathing space. Thanks for your post regards, Leicamann
martinop Posted November 19, 2006 Share #5 Posted November 19, 2006 Like her facial expression + the colors (green), shallow DOF and the contrast.
