stuny Posted August 28, 2009 Share #3 Posted August 28, 2009 Pete - I largely agree with Paul but feel it could use a touch of punching up.
elansprint72 Posted August 28, 2009 Author Share #4 Posted August 28, 2009 Pete - I largely agree with Paul but feel it could use a touch of punching up. You have no idea how difficult it was to get any sort of image at all! I was straight into the setting sun with the remnants of a tropical storm behind me. Show your face round here matey and I'll give you some punching up! I do hope that I'll get paid for these shots; my kids fees depend on it. should any of you feel like contributing, you know my PM address.

rob_x2004 Posted September 2, 2009 Share #6 Posted September 2, 2009 At least it has a full compliment of wheels. Wheres the lycra clad ... babe, if I am allowed to ask that in the present climate:confused: One thing that had me a bit baffled, how do these guys go with the seat belt laws on hte road? Do they bolt in lap sashes or something that I never see. School holidays long weekend double demerrit points you could do your licence out here pretty quick. Rob, Seat belts are not mandatory on cars built before about 1967(?) in the UK, though you can fit them to your tin lizzie.
rob_x2004 Posted September 2, 2009 Share #8 Posted September 2, 2009 Not sure how the rule is couched over here other than the exception for "very old vehicles". 1867 might cut it, 1967 wouldnt. Without one (including all passangers) the driver loses points and money. During double demerits you lose you licence straight up if you and one passanger isnt wearing. If you have a speeding or two in the previous three years, chances are youve had it with or without the holiday double demerrits.
