Cameras allowed for Leica Photo Forum

Probably this kind of issue has been discussed here many times. But still, I have a question.

 

I have had Leica Digilux 1 and Digilux 2 cameras. Then I started to shoot some material with more discreet pocketable Lumix LX3 (aka D-Lux 4). It has Leica lens, but Pana software. I asked here general opinion, is it prohibited to post photos taken with Lumix to Leica Photo forum. People said Yeas, mainly because Lumix LX3 uses Leica lens.

 

So, now I'm eager to buy Micro 4/3 hardware. Less noise in low-light conditions and compact size. I studied what Olympus Pen can do and I liked it. So, naturally I'd go for Lumix GF1. Most probably its real, as Lumix has G1/GH1 M43 platform ready.

 

 

But my question is. When Lumix GF1 will be available with Lumix lens only, is it good for Leica Photo forum or not?

Well, if it isn't a Leica body or lens, then it isn't allowed. Personally I couldn't care less, but it's not my forum.

Leica lens, or Lecia body, or both. Many Lumix cameras carry lenses with Leica written on them and are considered okay for posting photos here. But Lumix lenses without the word "Leica" on them? No.

Don't worry. The Lumix GF1 will be re-badged as Leica D-lux 5 or Digilux-4 and the picture you provided already shows a Leica 20mm and a Leica micro-Elmarit f2.8 45mm lens.
