jazztronikk Posted August 15, 2009 Share #1 Posted August 15, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I noticed there is a small white hair inside my 28mm lux lens. It looks like it is placed between two glasses. I'm wondering how it got in there in the first place (aren't lens completely sealed)? Any suggestion how I can remove this piece of hair? Can this be done at home? If I need to send the lens to a specialist could you recommend a reliable specialist in California?

JBA Posted August 15, 2009 Share #2 Posted August 15, 2009 Must have missed the memo on the 28 'Lux. Send it to Leica and have it cleaned under warranty.
jazztronikk Posted August 15, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted August 15, 2009 This lens was purchased as used and I do not know if it was registered or not. Could I still send this to Leica and have it cleaned under warranty?
