Thank-you Paul, Larry and William.

William.

she is over 50 years and is a thru American Classic.

They just go and go and never want to retire, and dearly loved by the Crews.

They are well looked after by the company and crews.

Simply an awasome machine to drive.

Ken,

How old is that Diesel?

Originally built in 1952 by Clyde Engineering in Australia to a GM design with an EMD 16-567B engine of 1500HP. Rebuilt by Clyde in the early 1980s with an EMD 12-645E3B engine of 2400HP. A double-cab version of the classic General Motors 'Covered Wagon' F and E series diesel.

Ken and John,

Thanks for the info. Nice to hear it's well-loved. I'll post a few shots of North American iron tonight and over the next week if I can find anything passable. Here's a first effort. http://www.leica-camera-user.com/sports-leisure-time/9571-canadian-national-railways-3254-a.html

Thanks john.

Larry.

I forgot to mention concerning E100VS, I have found it very pleasing on cloudy or overcast

days, but very contrusty when there is bright sun, so I will try to ovoid it in the summer.

William.

Wonderful stuff.

Ken.
