Advertisement Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Hi scaryink, Take a look here Getting the wood out of the digital M. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Nicoleica Posted August 12, 2009 Share #2 Posted August 12, 2009 I think that you may be barking up the wrong tree here. But after studying it, I believe that it may be the legendary EL-M. This is a very special model that has it's roots in the M8, but has a special sensor that gives very fine grain, and also a leaf shutter.
Craftsman Posted August 12, 2009 Share #3 Posted August 12, 2009 I don't know who would actually be interested in something like this but at $25.00 I don't see how he's even covering the labor that went in to making it. You're right , to much time on his hands.

Yes, this must be a new branch of Leica M cameras and I'd like to ce-dar others in the range to see if it's very larch or not. I've become sycamore talk about the M9 so this is oak-a by me and it maple members who pine for 9/9 away from the M8 forum fir awhile although plane talking won't whittle down the number of those threads. Good fo-rest woodn't you think? Pete.
