Rick Hi Rick, I posted two batches taken in the last two days with the pre-asph. First batch is a torture test in very mixed light at dusk then night, RAW files converted badly in Lightroom before I got to grips with how to deal with the files. Second batch were JPEG shot in daytime. Thank you for posting. I am still excited about acquiring the M8 (once Leica "irons things out"). Rick Thanks Rick! Yes, I mistakenly was sold a pre-asph and am now going to swap it for the asph. I took delivery today of a 24mm f2.8 which I anticipate will be my 'normal' lens, and have just been out shooting with it. Because it is both asph and coded I expect the results to be far sharper! I'm curious to see more M8 photos but have a little problem to find them in the multiple threads. Maybe it would help to post the M8 photos at one place at least for the next few weeks. Since there is no separated M8 photo forum an idea could be to use the photo forum's section 'other' and name the thread 'M8: <photo title>'. What do you think?
