There are already dozens of complaints about the oleophobic coating wearing off and screen scratching, which the previous iPhones are very resistant to (both my UK and French 3G iPhones look like new, after a year of fairly hard use). Also, whereas the oleophobic coating copes reasonably well with finger grease, nose grease (nature's sun tan lotion) is a different order of magnitude. I cannot see it coping.
