Advertisement Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 Hi tomasis7, Take a look here Will many m8.2 be sold after that?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Nicoleica Posted July 17, 2009 Share #2 Posted July 17, 2009 I would think that it might boost sales, as M users tend not to flash in public. (Unless they are really pickled!)
luigi bertolotti Posted July 17, 2009 Share #3 Posted July 17, 2009 Agree with Nicole : Leica M8 is still one of the most discrete cameras, and users love to use it flashless. Apart this, the advertised device, imho, has a lemon future in front of it.
lxlim Posted July 17, 2009 Share #4 Posted July 17, 2009 Seems like you need to hold the anti-paparazzi device near your face to be fully effective. would recommend a more powerful built-in flash and maybe a quantum attached for paparazzis who go 8 fps. The handbag may be too heavy with the quantum battery pack, though As Nicoleica mentioned but not only leica, any low light capable camera can do the job. Bo_Lorentzen Posted July 18, 2009 Share #5 Posted July 18, 2009 Clearly this is a proof of concept device... this could eventually be worn as a headband with maybe 6 little flash heads and a lume pack in the belt for high volume users.. surely it will burn in a good number of otherwise good shots... however not to sure about the effect it might have on the stars general cool ness profile. .
