abrewer Posted September 5, 2006 Author Share #6 Posted September 5, 2006 Thanks Stuart. I think this image says a lot for something William has told me: learn how to manage the light. I was shooting in mid-day sun and the washed-out stands in the background kind of give it away...it really was asking too much of the film to cope with the bright sunlight and the dark car, so I had to compromise here and this is what I ended up with. I've got to learn how to do that composite two-shot thing that John Mead does...expose one for the shadows and then another for the light...so well! Thanks.
