It may take them money and time (which i for one am willing to give them, what have i got to lose with a cupboard of M lenses bought over time) to solve the tech, but it takes no time and no money, just a bit of brains and some common decency, to solve the PR debacle. This german camera manufacturer's mishandling of public relations will in years to come be remembered as a business-class case of how not to react to customer dissatisfaction.
