manatee Posted June 9, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 9, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have the opportunity to buy a 50 cron with serial number 354xxxx. Can't find in the lists when this one is produced. Any ideas? Is this one from a good series? I know to stay away of < 29xxxx series. Thanks for your help. luigi bertolotti Posted June 9, 2009 Share #3 Posted June 9, 2009 It ought to be from 1991; afaik there are not "bad" series of Summicrons, even if the very old ones (i.e., the collapsible) are indeed someway softer than later models (and with some issues of coating, too).
