paulmoore Posted May 14, 2009 Share #25 Posted May 14, 2009 Somehow my attached photos look very washed out despite I converted them from Adobe RGB to sRGB before posting. What's going on? when I want to post something online I do the following: resize for the use, sharpen for that size, convert to srgb, then adjust levels..I darken the input levels for shadows 5-10 pts. and the midtones 5-10 pts., then create a "save for the web" jpg ( doing this flattens out the image and makes the levels change a must do to preserve the richness of the image) I too have the first version of the brightscreen mag... have just lost my 3rd eyecup.. I just rec'd a lens back from being rommed and repaired, it took 7 weeks. door to door. I am about an hour from them so if they can check focus on the spot it may be worth a drive.. I am always surprised with those shots I miss focus and by how much!..and they are increasing.. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
