pascal_meheut Posted October 31, 2006 Share #1 Posted October 31, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) I've installed the Capture One LE that comes with the M8 on my Mac. At the end of the installation, it says this is an evaluation version, enter product number to register it. Did anybody found this product number? I found nothing on the CD jacket nor on the CD itself.
Advertisement Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Hi pascal_meheut, Take a look here M8's Capture One LE product number. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
scott kirkpatrick Posted October 31, 2006 Share #2 Posted October 31, 2006 If the product key is really not in the packaging that you received, send Phase One an email with your camera's serial number and a friendly note. They'll probably want your good will and solve the problem somehow. They are not a very big company. scott

I'll be interested in what you get from Phase One on this. Bob
jrc Posted October 31, 2006 Share #6 Posted October 31, 2006 Pascal, Just out of curiosity, how low is your serial number? You don't have to give the exact number, but is in the hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands? JC
pascal_meheut Posted November 1, 2006 Author Share #7 Posted November 1, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) The M8 S/N seems to be like 3100xxx for the moment. Mine has xxx in the 800.

mhoutman Posted November 1, 2006 Share #9 Posted November 1, 2006 Pascal, the serial must something like: 1111-AA11-1AAA-AAAA (at least this as written on the card when I recently purchased a Sandisk Extreme III card.). cheers, Michiel P.S be aware that there is a different upgrade policy for both LE and PRO version: Phase One - Digital camera software - Digital SLR - Capture One
wattsy Posted November 1, 2006 Share #10 Posted November 1, 2006 Slightly off-topic but if you are thinking of getting the Pro version of Capture One (or upgrading the LE edition) don't do it via the Phase One website. It is considerably cheaper to just buy the Pro version from a third party supplier such as Calumet.
