I moaned to the guy on the Phase One stand at MacExpo in London last week about this - no D2/D3/Dlux2,3, Clux,Vlux or the Pana equivalents. He did indicate that with the new co-operation with Leica it was (allegedly) their intention to increase the support for Leica cameras in future version and I should "watch this space". If this is right, I would recommend backing-up the v3.7.5 M8 profile so that you have the option to revert back to this version for certain images.
