hamey Posted October 29, 2006 Share #1 Posted October 29, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Couple of Train shots at Southern Cross Station here in Melbourne. The first shot is taken at daytime with the R7 + 50mm lens at F/2. Second shot is same location but late at night M7 + 35mm ASPH at F/2 Both are hand held, just leaning on the handrail and set on AE. Film is Kodak Elitechrome 100 (slide film) once I get rid of my last stock I will be switching to E100G+GX or Provia, Velvia 100 as these films are becoming the new standard for rail Photography. elansprint72 Posted October 29, 2006 Share #2 Posted October 29, 2006 Ken, Quite a variety of stock there! I also think that you could do something with that station roof for the Architecture section!

cardinal Posted October 31, 2006 Share #4 Posted October 31, 2006 Ken, nice shots. The daylight shot is nice and looks like that first train can move pretty quickly.
