Which one do you prefer ? Picture uncorrected without post-processing I put again the M8 picture you see above, now uncorrected
michali Posted March 26, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 26, 2009 Henri- Wonderful set of pictures. It's very difficult to distinguish between the M8 & M7 pics. The M8 seems to bring out the colours more, however the difference could be in the scanning.
Martin T-M Posted March 26, 2009 Share #4 Posted March 26, 2009 Henri, I prefer the M8 picture uncorrected. For this kind of picture, I'd choose the Fuji pro 160 S or the kodak portra 160 nc.

Doc Henry Posted March 26, 2009 Author Share #6 Posted March 26, 2009 Henri, I prefer the M8 picture uncorrected. For this kind of picture, I'd choose the Fuji pro 160 S or the kodak portra 160 nc. Thanks Martin for your useful comment Yes,usually, about colors of flowers i don't like the M8's picture.:it's must be corrected in comparison with M7's film. In this case, the M8's colors seem more "sweet".and it seems better So sometimes M8's image must need correction ! and according to me the M8's picture is closer of the reality here as you said Martin Very difficult to reproduce the true image or the true color such as we see it :the visual memory is very "fleeting"("fugace" in french) that's i called the High Fidelity (Hi-Fi) for colors like Hi-Fi for sound !
