SJP Posted March 9, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 9, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Pyha, Finland The Northern-lights experiment failed abysmally but shooting some stars was fun. This is clearly not optimal due to slight haze + there were plenty of other light sources around. Advertisement Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Hi SJP, Take a look here Cassiopea. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
stuny Posted March 9, 2009 Share #2 Posted March 9, 2009 In spite of your protests I find this rather charming and lovely, to a large part due to the greenery.
SJP Posted March 9, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted March 9, 2009 Thanks, Stuart I think I see your point that the foliage makes it more interesting than a sky only shot. I must admit I am getting more and more impressed with the M8 for this sort of work. Living in the centre of town does not provide ample opportunities to experiment with this.
