In the title you speak of M lenses, but not in the message... if it is Leica R bayonet (male/female) on both sides it can be a macro tube... the only M/R adaptor is to mount R lenses on M bodies, so M bayonet male, R bayonet female, Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
doubice Posted March 8, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 8, 2009 As Luigi said - somewhat confusing question. Are you trying to mount an R lens to an M body or vice-versa? An M mount lens to an R body would not provide infinity focus because of lens mount flange to film plane incompatibility.
