thephotofather Posted March 6, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 6, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hey Guys and gals... Hope you are having one hellva great day. The M6 appears ok but at frame 25 it would no longer advance, jammed. Almost as if it was a Leaf shutter that would not cock. (Zeiss 35mm ZM f/2) After returning to film I've developed about 4 rolls. Today's was bang on perfect. Finally. Geez, I may never go to color again. (yes, I will but developing is too much fun) I'm finding it become part of my artflow and it really does make me happy. This week it was XTOL,next week it will be HC-110 Sol: B. Then Diafine. M6 + Fun Developing = Tons 'o fun and addiction.

MattLain Posted March 6, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 6, 2009 Try HC-110 at dilution H too, especially in high contrast situations. keeps more highlight detail and brings out more shadow detail than B.

Tom Try the unofficial dilution H which is half of dilution B, and simply develop twice as long as for dilution B. Hope this helps.
