leicanut2 Posted February 22, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 22, 2009 Advertisement (gone after registration) I know alot of you have the hand grip for the D4 Does it make changing the sd card or Battery a pain in the rectal orifice? Do You have to remove grip everytime to need to change the battery or card? Second question batteries that have higher MA rating but are still 3.7 volts are they allright to use? The MA rating of leicas is 1150MA. and I have seen some as high as 1500MA.... Cheers Jan
Advertisement Posted February 22, 2009 Posted February 22, 2009 Hi leicanut2, Take a look here D-Lux 4 Hand Grip Question. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
GCHA Posted February 22, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 22, 2009 I just received my D Lux 4 grip, after a wait o about four months. It works great, adds a bit of needed weight and girth to the body, and offers just the right amount of grab ability for my size hands. The centered tripod position, is also a welcomed feature. The grip attaches and is removed easily with a knurled thumb screw, if you haven't over tightened it!!! Changing cards or batteries should not be an issue at all. farnz Posted February 22, 2009 Share #3 Posted February 22, 2009 Jan, The mah (milliampere-hour) rating will not cause your DL4 a problem, it'll just make it go a bit longer ... if the rating is accurate. Pete.
