Over the yearsthere have been several independent user manuals, guide books, pocket books, etcetera, such as those from Focal Press, written by knowledgeable users - expanding upon the makers' own instruction books. Now that we have reached D-Lux 4 do you suppose we shall ever see "The Digilux Pocket Book" for instance ? With a sub-section for the Panasonic version, naturally ;)

Did you mean "The D-Lux Pocket Book", Jim? (You're probably aware that there's already a "Digilux 2 Field Guide".)

Pete.

Sorry, a slip of the pen I'm afraid. I did mean "The D-Lux Pocket Book." Blissfully unaware of aformentioned Field Guide ... or even "Digilux" until a couple of months ago. Have been away from Leica ownership for too many years, you see, and the only one I could afford was the D-Lux 4. But if I'd hung on to the M6, doubt whether I'd even be in this forum now.
