pechelman Posted August 6, 2016 Share #16261 Posted August 6, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Alright I think this will be a relatively easier one. I'm including 2 pictures for this one, since anyone who has been here will have seen both of these buildings and river. To win I'll require the name of this town. Welcome, dear visitor! mikemgb Posted August 6, 2016 Share #16262 Posted August 6, 2016 I'm guessing Scotland or Ireland, but I'm actually more interested in the details of the infra red photo, I'm guessing it's film?
pechelman Posted August 6, 2016 Share #16263 Posted August 6, 2016 Definitely one of those two places The IR might be a hint as to the location. The IR was done on a fuji xpro1 and xf14mm with a Hoya 720nm. Then false color processed using a custom color profile to get white balance right before channel swapping in Photoshop.

pechelman Posted August 6, 2016 Share #16265 Posted August 6, 2016 (edited) You got it Home of the yellow steeple, the sheep gate, Trim castle (where scenes from braveheart were filmed), the River Boyne, and last but not least, the town group of donkeys that are super friendly and like to be given healthy snacks by visitors. Ha Back to you, Wally. Edited August 6, 2016 by pechelman
