Dirk,

Your turn, it was a quick shot while waiting at the traffic lights under the tower. I find however that calling a building "Revolution" in a country in Central America needs a lot of confidence :D.

Regards

Gerd

That is almost like asking for it!

Thank you, Gerd.

To tell the truth, Dirk, I was born and raised in Alexandria, and I lived there till I was 15 years old. At that time (1956), I used to speak, read and write Arab quite easily because even in my high school, the "Lycée Français d'Alexandrie", arab was taught together with english (and french, of course).

So, no great credit indeed... although I have forgotten most of my arab.

As for my turn, I won't be at home before to-morrow night. I will post something at that time.

Cheers

Gérard

Just trying to move this thread back up the page.

Does Andreas know he's on?

Frans

Andreas probably doesn't, otherwise he would have posted a picture by now, I hope all is well with him.

And with all due respect may I suggest, Frans you go ahead and post a new one ?

Apologies for the delay - I must admit that I was travelling and completetly forgot that I should check the thread :o

I suggest to have a rule that if one does not post within 36 hours anybody may post somthing (I saw this in another forum - there it was 24 hours but as we have very international crowd here 36 hours are maybe more appropriate).

Where are we here? City and some closer description please.
