If the Robben Island could be seen, I would say "Cape Town" with the 100% assurance. And still, it seems to be the Cape Town. Presuming that the answer is right, I'm going to post my guess photo. I think Ari got a bit confused, as he solved the very first riddle on page #1 again, maybe a reference to William Eggleston's "Los Alamos Revisited", this time "Capetown Revisited". It happened to me too a couple of times , that I landed on the very first page of a thread instead on the last one. Sh... happens!
