sunafan Posted September 17, 2011 Share #8402 Posted September 17, 2011 Hi Stuart,I almost only took slides in China, but when it comes to scanning I am dreadfully lazy all of a sudden...Some time ago I did scan some photos from China though (with Nikon stopping the production of scanners and Mac progressing in OSX it became even more cumbersome, but that's another story), and every now and then I posted some in the German part of the forum. But it's a good idea to look again at those I scanned already and prepare them for the web. I'll try to post some in Landscape and Travel then.BestLutz

aarflot Posted September 18, 2011 Share #8406 Posted September 18, 2011 (edited) Thanks! I was skiing there last winter. A rather different place - which city do you see from here? Extra points for the name of the mountain from where the picture is taken. Welcome, dear visitor! adli Posted September 18, 2011 Share #8414 Posted September 18, 2011 (edited) Collioure... The frame is there to illustrate the scene which Matisse painted during his stay in the village. Visited Collioure during my stay at Visa pour l'image last year. Edited September 18, 2011 by adli

adli Posted September 19, 2011 Share #8419 Posted September 19, 2011 Nice try. But it is not in an IKEA store
wattsy Posted September 19, 2011 Share #8420 Posted September 19, 2011 (edited) Looks like it might be a clever bit of marketing by IKEA at a railway station? Edit: Google suggests it might be Concorde metro station in Paris. Edited September 19, 2011 by wattsy
