mhoutman Posted January 16, 2009 Share #3 Posted January 16, 2009 carl, it seems that 1.2 is more or less a bug fix for 1.1 michile
miami91 Posted January 16, 2009 Share #4 Posted January 16, 2009 carl, it seems that 1.2 is more or less a bug fix for 1.1 michile Right, and 1.1 was largely "improved white balance and improved auto focus". Given that the D-Lux 4 came out a couple of months later than the LX3, Leica owners may not be missing anything --- perhaps we already have the improved firmware. Hard to know. I do recall, however, that when the Digilux 3 got a firmware update (I think there was only one), it came a few weeks after the L1. So I suppose its entirely possible that we will be getting a D-Lux 4 update, just as soon as Leica has tweaked it to their desire. Jeff.
