parigby Posted December 21, 2008 Share #1 Posted December 21, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have noticed since the last Lightroom update, that l can no longer download RAW files from the Digilux 2. JPEG, no problem, but RAW seems to have the effect of locking up Lightroom. This does not happen with RAW files from my Nikon D2. Anyone any idea what the solution may be ? philip

Aerospace Posted December 21, 2008 Share #2 Posted December 21, 2008 In my case, Raw's D2 works well with LR 2.2... Strange problem ........

Philip, When you say "download" do you mean "import" or do you mean export into PS or another application? Fwiw, I can import RAW D2 files into Lr 2.2 without a problem and I can export them into PS CS3 for editing (although Lr 2.2 produces unfounded, irritating warnings about possible compatibility problems if you haven't upgraded to CS4). parigby Posted December 22, 2008 Author Share #5 Posted December 22, 2008 Pete, The problem appears to be importing the RAW files from the Digilux 2 into Lightroom. Bearing in mind that so far no one else seems to be suffering this problem, l am starting to wonder if l have a corrupt download copy of Lightroom 2.2 and have therefore decided the time is right to re download, and see if the fault continues. philip
