JLV Posted March 15, 2009 Share #42 Posted March 15, 2009 Thank you Thorsten, Your site is great and gave me with John Thawley's one the envy to get a D2 what I did few weeks ago. I love it and try to get more and more intuitive with it. I run to you new updated site. All the best. Jean-Luc

JLV Posted March 15, 2009 Share #44 Posted March 15, 2009 Digilux 3 batteries are said to work; I haven´t tried. And, officially the Digilux 3 isn´t yet "discontinued". Besides, Leica usually stand behind their products. I don´t really expect them to discontinue the battery for a camera that they still repair under warranty. Hi, Digilux 3 batteries work fine and a bit longer than the D2 ones (same voltage but more amperes) I bought a spare one. Jean-Luc
