Well, Peter, regarding Amazon, it's different : it's Amazon selling the product, you pay Amazon and Amazon packages and ships it to you. It's all Amazon business.

Here, it's another story : LFI is not responsible for the packaging and the shipping

when the subscription has not been taken with them directly.

In fact, my first two years of subscription were with LFI directly, and packaging/shipping

was quite correct.

Then I received a letter from Bruil, and renewed with them, without making the

difference — at first.

That said, Bruil has been quite correct in offering me a new copy and a convenient packaging as from now.
