The signs and murals I've been featuring in these few shots are by Julian Opie, an English artist working from (I think) London. The Indy Arts Organization commissioned these fun pieces all across downtown, and at the Art Museum for this fall. What you cannot appreciate from my static images is that these are animations and the woman above is actually swaying her hips back and forth in a quite enticing manner as she mimics a walking female figure.
