marknorton Posted September 27, 2006 Share #8 Posted September 27, 2006 The advantage the M8 has of course is that you don't have a mirror to move out of the way and a lens to stop down before you can open the shutter. Even if the shutter actuation is a little slower on an M8, it will catch up because of what it doesn't have to do. I found the shutter release to be excellent, easy to judge the release point. Big contrast to the Digilux 2 which is a lazy old thing, you really don't know when it's going to fire and sometimes even when it has fired. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
