Guest malland Posted September 23, 2006 Share #1 Posted September 23, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) I read somewhere that the DR Summicron cannot be used on the M8. Does that mean that the this cannot be used at all, or only for the closeup range? —Mitch/Potomac. MD
Advertisement Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Hi Guest malland, Take a look here DR Summcron on M8. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
twom4 Posted September 23, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 23, 2006 Only the Close Range as you cannot attach the "google" given the height of the top plate of M8 (and M6TTL and M7).
TimF Posted September 23, 2006 Share #3 Posted September 23, 2006 If the little screw in bit which rests on the top plate is removed, surely the goggles can then be attached?

Yes, removing the screw and the pad would allow the goggles to be mounted. Same issue as on an M6TTL and M7, which have taller bodies than all other M's. All the best, Jan
