Advertisement Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 Hi fuerst, Take a look here D76 - silly question.... I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
rob_x2004 Posted September 18, 2006 Share #2 Posted September 18, 2006 It doesn't cost much. If it worries you then throw it out. I'd use it. Foil packet is still sealed isn't it?
tobey bilek Posted September 19, 2006 Share #3 Posted September 19, 2006 I have individual components and if stored properly, do not go bad. I have some cans that are 40 years old and are fine. Foil packs have dates on them. I would NOT use them without testing, and even than it is chancy. There might be something in there that goes bad and it might test ok and be bad the nest week or you could do a clip test that is fine, and a full roll might not work. I had the former happen before they dated Xtol. The stuff is cheap. Think of the work of getting all the latent images.
fuerst Posted September 19, 2006 Author Share #4 Posted September 19, 2006 Threw it out and ordered fresh stuff. Sometimes one just needs to hear the voice of reason. I really don't know why I even considered using it... Thanks Bojan
