Advertisement Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Hi Guest stnami, Take a look here Digilux 4 idea canned. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
lemalk Posted June 9, 2008 Share #42 Posted June 9, 2008 Your business sense is unparalleled, stnami. As far as the Digilux vs. an E3, when has choosing a Leica been anything other than an emotional decision? And the E3 was months away from being introduced when the Digilux 3 was announced. earleygallery Posted June 10, 2008 Share #43 Posted June 10, 2008 4/3rd's appears to me to be rather like those new film formats that were attempted but failed, like Kodak disc film or APS. Olympus are commited to it but with the rumour that Leica won't make another 4/3 camera I wonder if Panasonic will either (given that they were depending on each other for this sector). Longer term, will Olympus stick with it? With Nikon and Canon offering FF DSLRs, can Olympus compete for the pro market with just the 4/3 system? 4/3rds has been around long enough that if anyone else was going to adopt it they would have done so by now.
