Annibale G. Posted June 2, 2008 Share #1 Posted June 2, 2008 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm a still a little bit confuse about this two flashes. I use a M7 BW film, with the 28mm, 35, 50 and 75 lenses. What are the limitations of the sf20 respect to the sf24d? Thanks.
Advertisement Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Hi Annibale G., Take a look here Leica SF20 and SF24D. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
enboe Posted June 3, 2008 Share #2 Posted June 3, 2008 When using the TTL mode on the M7, the flashes operate identically. The SF24 does come with a telephoto condenser attachment if you need that little bit of extra range. Both come with a wide angle diffuser for use with lenses wider than 35mm. If you use the auto mode on the flash, the SF-24 offers 6 f-stops to choose from versus 3 for the SF-20. If you think you might upgrade to the M8 in the future, the SF-24 is required for TTL operation with that camera. I hope this helps. Eric
