Removing screw to M-adapter

Recommended Posts

Yes, the process requires means which can wound or injure you seriously so I do not want to make the thing public.

:D Like oppening a bottle of Champagne. :p

OK, JC is right, he could be sue for disclosure of a dangerous, but efficient, process. Oh jeez, that's hot.

Just found a minty Summicron collapsible. The first one I have had with absolutely no cleaning marks, no haze, no nothing. The barrel is beautiful too.

That´s the good news. The little problem is that I can not remove the adapter and I want to use the lens on my LTM bodies. I have done this many times before with other lenses and it always works by mounting the lens on the (M) camera and then turning the lens in the right direction. But not this time.

Any tips/ideas?

Thanks,

I used an all metal Leica ring (16469Y) when I did not want to use a body to remove an adapter from the rear of an older screw mt. lens
